What we do:

Since 2005, Alpha Emptor (Hong Kong) Limited (AEHK) has been a leader in design, development and manufacturing of energy saving systems such as the PropSava, LampSava, PowaSava, LiteSava and LEDSava. We also provide our expertise in development and manufacturing to many OEM companies around the world. They trust AEHK to safeguard their IPR throughout the manufacturing process. 70% of AEHK manufacturing output is dedicated to our own products; and 30% Design, Development & Manufacture for other companies.

  

Who we sell to:

We sell our products to 3 categories of Vendors throughout the world:

1. To multiple high street retailers such as: Mothercare; Argos; John Lewis; Amazon.co.uk; Walmart; Boots the Chemist etc. and provide drop-shipping to Europe, America's Australasia and Asia locations.

High street retailers have shops that show and sell our products from stock. These retailers offer their customers exchanges and refunds in the event of return. Most high street retailers also have website where our Products are also advertised and sold on-line. We provide all the associated customer support functions to support these sales.

2. Through Distributors in Europe, North and South America and Asia.

Distributors operate in Countries where there are no multiple high street vendors and supply their Territory with our Products. Distributors have websites and sell our Products on-line and operate front-line technical support. We supply 2nd level support, training, sales lead generation and advertising to all our Distributors. Distributors carry stock and usually can supply our Products to most of their customers immediately.

3. Through Resellers in Europe, North and South America and Asia.

Resellers purchase their products from Distributors as and when they have orders. Resellers may also have their own website and can sell our Products on-line.

AEHK is committed to developing products that save natural resources and/or reduce user carbon emissions. 

  

Manufacturing Facilities:

All our manufacturing facilities have to undergo periodic stringent examination of facilities, quality control, management, training, security and health & safety. When the manufacture has achieved these high standards then they are regularly monitored by us and our 3^rd Party Partners to ensure that these standards are adhered to.

Although we have put in place these high standards of quality control and safety procedures, AEHK Engineering and Production Staff still oversee the entire assembly and quality control procedures. All manufacturing facilities hold current ISO 9001 certification as a minimum plus other relevant quality certification awarded by independent and regulated authorities.

AEHK currently have 18 separate manufacturing facilities in China and Hong Kong approved for use that includes:

• Tooling – Plastic, Cast, Metal.

• Pressing – metal and plastic.

• Spinning – metal of any type.

• Silk screen and painting – all materials.

• SMT – any type of PCB

• Assembly – any type of product

• Printing for packaging and user manual – 10 languages.

 

Our Goals:

We believe that total customer satisfaction and trust in our products is our main goal. To achieve this goal and retain customer confidence, all AEHK products are also independently monitored during manufacture and assembly by 3^rd party testing companies such as Asia Inspection and/or SGS.

 

Life Tests and Quality Control:

We also run continuous ‘life tests’ on all our products to ensure that customers obtain the longest possible life cycle for each product they purchase. Continued quality control, testing and improvements on all our products will remain central to achieving complete customer satisfaction.

    

Safety Testing and Warranty:

AEHK provides our Vendors with consistent high quality and unique products at affordable products; all are independently certified to the relevant safety standard - UL or British Standard and/or CE certified and RoHS compliant with a minimum of 1 year’s warranty.

All of our products components, manufacturing, assembly systems and routines are constantly monitored and tested to ensure that they do not use any of the chemicals specified by the EEC Regulation known as REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals)

    

Trademark & IP:

All Products produced by the Company carry the registered trademark of either e-thos® or AE®. PowaSava®, LiteSava®, PropSava®, LampSava® and LEDSava®. These names and all IP rights are owned by AEHK.
