Why Choose the PropSava

                     Why Choose Our Products?

PropSava User Benefits in Over-Voltage Supply Areas:

• Use less power and save on electricity costs
• Reduce their CO2 footprint
• Reduce their liability for Carbon Tax
• Reduce the heat and stress when the electrical equipment cannot obtain its design voltage – equipment lasts longer
• Reduces the number of electrical breakdowns and maintenance cost

PropSava User Benefits in Under-Voltage Supply Areas:

• Receive the power needed to start and run equipment
• Stop losses of production and productivity
• Reduce the heat & stress caused when electrical equipment does not receive its design voltage – equipment lasts longer
• Reduces the number of electrical breakdowns and maintenance cost

What the Experts Say:

“A 230V linear appliance used on a 240V supply will take 4.3% more current and will consume almost 9% more energy.” (UK Electrician's Guide (IEE), 16th Edition BS7671.)

“A 230V bulb used at 240V will achieve only 55% of it's rated life.” (UK Electrician's Guide (IEE), 16th Edition BS7671.)

“One way to reduce electricity is to install voltage optimisers. These maintain a constant voltage in the building, avoiding the regular variations in grid supply voltage and maintaining the operational voltage at a constant and efficient value.” (Hywel Davies, Technical Director of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers – Government Business Magazine August 2010)

“Parallel VS in-line systems: parallel installation (as opposed to in-line) are cheaper and do not require shut-down to install but are much less effective and can normally be discounted.” (Hywel Davies, Technical Director of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers – Government Business Magazine August 2010)

Simple step-down vs. full optimisation: simple step-down equipment (a tapped transformer) is cheaper but is not effective if the mains voltage varies over time as it often does. So generally full voltage optimisation which maintains a constant supply voltage to the building is justified.” (Hywel Davies, Technical Director of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers – Government Business Magazine August 2010)

Further features concern improved security of supply such as overload protection and by-pass facility, and energy metering and monitoring additions.” (Hywel Davies, Technical Director of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers – Government Business Magazine August 2010)

The PropSava and LiteSava are the ONLY Power Optimisation systems that meet and exceed all these requirements.

Our Product Range:

Single and 3 Phase Systems - 305V to 440V Input Voltage Range:

The PropSava SCRV: World’s first 3 Phase User programmable output voltage automated voltage regulator and stabiliser; giving the User the choice to change the outgoing voltage at a touch-of-button. The User can increase or reduce the Output Voltage a total of 39V- the same OR different values on each Phase to their site. This allows the User to reduce their electric power consumption to much lower levels than has previously been possible. Each Phase system has its own safety controls, computer systems, transformers and sensors.  This provides the benefit of increased performance and reliability of the SCRV System over any other type of voltage regulator currently available.

The SCRV System uses solid state switching managed by three state-of-the-art digital computer systems which allow the User to manage and change the Output Voltage via the digital keypad on each phase. The Output Voltage can also be changed over a network or Internet subject to installation of the VP Remote Control System (available 2nd Quarter 2012).

The PropSava is connected after the electric meter and Master Breaker Switch and before the Distribution/Fuse Box. All power to a site/building passes through the PropSava

LiteSava SCRV - As per the PropSava SCRV but designed only for Lighting; with 2 User Voltage Regulation settings with a timer and lower line voltage Output range of 200V to 230V.
